Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer

• Cancellation Timings and Conditions: Customers may cancel their booking up to 20 minutes before the scheduled time for the consultation. Cancellations can be made via email to the following address: vetukonline.booking@gmail.com.
• Refunds for Cancellations: For cancellations made within the set deadline, VetConsultation.Online will issue a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days and will be credited back using the same payment method used for the booking.

2. Late Cancellation or No Show

• Late Cancellations: For cancellations made after the set deadline, a refund will not be possible. However, at the discretion of VetConsultation.Online, the possibility of rescheduling the appointment may be offered.
• No Show: In the event that a customer does not show up for the appointment without having cancelled, the amount paid will not be refunded.

3. Cancellation by VetConsultation.Online

• Exceptional Circumstances: VetConsultation.Online reserves the right to cancel any appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, clients will be notified as soon as possible.
• Refunds for Cancellations by VetConsultation.Online: In the event of a cancellation by VetConsultation.Online, clients will be offered the option to reschedule the appointment or receive a full refund as per point 1.

4. Policy Changes

• VetConsultation.Online reserves the right to modify this cancellation and refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
